Lodge 42 represents approximately 150 Officers of the Naperville Police Department. We work to protect, promote, and improve the working conditions, legal rights, salary compensation, pensions, and benefits of Naperville Police Officers. All of these benefits are commensurate with the high level of responsibility that their employer and citizens expect from them. As one of the premiere Police Departments in the United States, our officers are held to the highest level of professionalism. As a result, Lodge 42 continually works to ensure the city provides our Police Officers with the best training, equipment, and support, enabling them to complete this very dangerous job.
